Guidelines
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the restaurant reception. Exceptions:
▪ Gîtes: Check-in between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM
▪ Private Wellness (3:00 PM to 5:00 PM): Accommodation check-in possible from 2:00 PM
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Exceptions:
▪ Gîtes: Check-out by 10:00 AM. *If departing on a Sunday or public holiday, check-out is possible until 8:00 PM.
▪ Private Wellness (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM): Accommodation check-out possible until 1:00 PM
A city tax of €2.00 per person per night is to be paid on-site at check-in
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations and the wellness area. *Some accommodations have an outdoor smoking area
Cancellation within two days before your arrival or no-show: Deposit and/or gift voucher are non-refundable
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance of your stay to be paid at check-in
Please respect the tranquility of the premises for the comfort of all guests
A refundable security deposit of €150.00 will be held against property damage/theft (possible charges may apply after your stay, based on the condition of the accommodation)
During high season, disruptions to the general calm may occur due to high guest volume.

The Continental Breakfast is served from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the restaurant or on the terrace, depending on the weather, and includes: Eggs – Pastries – Bread & Rolls – Butter, Jam & Chocolate – Cold Cuts & Cheese – Fresh Fruit – Various Juices & Hot Drinks.
*It can be added for an additional charge if not included, at the price of €25.00/adult & €15.00/child.
The Classic Package is automatically applied for bookings made via Booking & Airbnb.
If a 3-course meal (choice à la carte, excluding drinks) is included in your package, a table will automatically be reserved for you on the evening of your arrival, between 6:00 PM & 9:30 PM. A terrace table will be offered if the weather permits.
The Business package is valid for a minimum of 2 nights, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays..

Gîtes Exceptions
A mandatory deposit of €300.00 is required and will be refunded a few days after your stay, depending on the condition of the property after your departure. In case of cancellation within two days prior to your arrival or no-show, we reserve the right to retain the full amount of your stay (excluding the deposit).
Gîtes are mainly designed to accommodate family groups. Non-family groups may be accepted with the owner’s agreement, and may require an additional deposit. Organizing student parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties is prohibited. We kindly ask you to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings. Therefore, fireworks are strictly prohibited.
The bath set (bath towels, bathrobe & slippers) is not included in stays in the gîtes.
Available upon request for €15.00.
Bedding & toiletries are included free of charge.
Dogs are accepted in the gîtes under certain conditions.
