General

Reception open daily from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm (variable depending on restaurant closure) Kitchen open non-stop from 12:00 to 21:30 pm

Instructions
Check-in from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the restaurant reception. Exceptions :
▪ Gîtes = Check-in between 16:00 & 18:00
▪ Private Wellness from 15:00 to 17:00 = Check-in possible from 14:00
Check-out until 11:00 am. Exceptions :
▪ Gîtes = Check-out at 10:00 am *If departure on Sunday or public holiday = Check-out until 8:00 pm
▪ Private Wellness from 10:00 to 12:00 pm = Check-out possible until 1:00 pm
Tourist tax of €2.00 per adult & per night to be paid at the reception at check-in
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations as well as in the wellness area
Some accommodations have an outdoor smoking area
Cancellation within two days of arrival or no show : Deposit and/or gift voucher non refundable
Balance of your stay to be paid upon check-in
in high season, disturbance of ambient calme may occur in the event of large crowds
Deposit (non-receiptable) of €150.00 to cover damage or theft. Invoices may be issued after your stay, depending on the condition of the accommodation.

Walks & Activities
Gîtes Exceptions
A mandatory deposit of 300.00 euros is required and will be refund a few days after your departure, depending on the condition of the premises after your stay. In cas of cancellation within two days prior to your arrival, or in cas of a no-show, we reserve the right to retain the full amount of your stay (excluding the deposit).
Gites are primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may be accepted subject to the owner’s agreement and may be subject to an increased deposit. The organization of student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, is prohibited. We kindly ask you to respect the peaceful surroundings. As such, fireworks are strictly forbidden.
Bath towels are not automatically included in gites stays. A set of bath towels, bathrobe, and slippers is available at and additional cost of 15.00 euros by reservation.
Bedding and toiletries are included free of charge.
